Who wants to cook lunch or dinner in this mess.
This is a picture for my sister, These are the shelves husband made for me. We thought it would be enough room, turns out, it's not. We were feeling like failure in the food storage department when it was all piled up on the floor. We feel a little better seeing it on the shelves.

You know, if you divided a few of those spaces and added a shelf in the middle, you could maximize what is there and not have to build more. Just a thought!
In this house, we have a kitchen in the basement, it's just on the bottom of the "to do" list

I wish I had space in our house for shelving like that but you know our teeny homes out here in Vegas...no room for storage. When we're "rich and famous" one day we'll be able to afford a slightly bigger house to accommodate our children (depending on how many we have) and our food storage. Trent is so handy. I would love shelves like that. I need to get into the canning vibe. I need to come hang out with you for another 2 weeks just to learn :-)
That is too funny I actually thought that too Jen...I was thinking that your shelves are too far apart for some of your items if you were to build another shelf in your spaces you could actually use all that space!!:) That is awesome storage we still need to work on that!!
