Scared Ya

Scared you? Scared me! After the initial call 911 NOW moment. I realized 1, i didn't hear the thud thud thud that usually precludes something like this 2, she has her "raffe" the giraffe that she will not sleep with out and 3, she's snoring.

So at this moment, I am grateful that i have managed to keep my kids alive. I am truly grateful that i haven't had to know the pain that comes with loosing a kid. I wish it didn't take a scare like this to realize how good I really have it.

So for my DS tidbit, kids with DS usually snore. it comes from having smaller nasal passages and sinuses. and a good majority of them end up getting their tonsils and adenoids out because with the smaller passages comes apnea. And if any of you have had to have an apnea machine, you would gladly give up the adenoids and tonsils to get rid of it.
