I have a lot besides a recipe today. for my DS tidbit, I am going to link you to a site for an excerpt from the Today show about a man with DS that wrote a book about history. Then to a blog that I you should go to, to enter to win the book.And my grateful moment. I am grateful for the ability to run. I love to run. I am grateful that everything of mine, so far, works. I can see, I can hear, I can carry my kids. Our bodies are amazing machines, that if we keep them moving and flexible, they will last us, and work well for us, for a really long time. Hopefully as long as we need them to do for us.
As you see from the title, another one bites the dust, well, it's actually another 2. I am down 2 more this week. After holding steady for 2 weeks, (I am blaming this on the party bag of peanut MnM;s. But hey, that's why I exercise, so I don't have to diet) I am going down again. I am now with in 10 of my goal.
for my recipe today, I am looking at you. I need an apple juice recipe. Do you have one? Please send it!.I will make it and then post it.
