Before I post pictures of FHE, here is the totally cute hat I just finished for 5 of 5. I am now working on booties that match. The picture doesn't do it justice, the color is all washed out. It's a baby pink and lime/sage green. Now my kids all want one, hopefully I can get that many done by the time the snow starts, for real this time.

This is the stuff nightmares are made of. She was "helping"

This is how we quarantined 5 of 5. walker, and sucker. We got about an hr out of her before she realized no one had held her yet that hour.

last year it was 1 of 5 that thought pumpkin guts were yucky. This year 3 of 5 wouldn't stick his arm in there. 1 of 5 was in up to her shoulders.

This is how a man carves. Notice the jigsaw in the background. He started with the tool, then realized that the good old fashion hand power tool was quicker in this situation. I bought 1 dollar pumpkin carving kits, that were really useful.

Cute hat! I love it! And we still haven't carved our pumpkins. I'm dreading it. How do you get a 4 year old and an almost 3 year old to carve a pumpkin without carving themselves? Maybe we'll just paint them this year...
We did the same thing last night. It was almost bearable, the kids are getting older and able to help more. It was great.
