On My Mind Monday

I really have nothing on my mind. I don't feel well, and end up walking through my day wishing someone would come clean my house. Or something would motivate me. I don't feel bad enough not to get things done. Just bad enough to not enjoy doing it. I got bathrooms done, and my kitchen floor done. Which is sad because the floors look like they were never done. Husband says new kitchen floors are on the "list"this year. If you have seen my floors, you would be excited for me. You can kind of get an idea from the pictures above. They're the cheap peel and stick 5 yr floor, that have now been there for 15. The stick has left most of them. Which makes it really hard to want to do clean them. My motivation, 5 of 5's dirty pants. Maybe she's just learn to walk, and I'll loose that reminder of why I need new floors.
This weekend, we sold our last KSL item. We posted 5 different things, and got rid of all of them with in 3 days of posting them. LOVE ksl. That is also where i found my treadmill. On that list... 1 dog, 1 girls dresser and bed, 1 under mounted kitchen TV,& 1 remote control car. 1 of 5 has been sleeping on the floor for a week now, but we got her new bed and dresser, and will set it up tonight. I'm excited, this set matches 4 of 5's bed that her dad made for her, and is a bunk bed, so we can move 5 of 5 into the room in 6 months or so. I'll post pictures when It's set up.
Husband also got a new digital antenna. Since we are not going to get cable, and our old antenna didn't pick up digital signals very well, we decided (he decided) on this option.
And last, we got a new dog. She's new to us, but she's about 4. I LOVE her. She is friendly, and smart. We will need to get her fixed, but other than that, she's perfect. We've had her for 2 days, and already eaten less than our other dog did in one feeding. I know she's new, and that will pick up, but still. She can already jump and catch stuff mid air. and, walks on a leash way better. We should have just started with an older dog, and not tried a puppy, I don't have the time or patience at this stage in life. Beau ( I think that's the name our other dog ended with) ended up with some one good. When he came to look at him, he hopped out of the car with a female coon hound, and said he had already trained her to hunt bear. So I think the dog will get training, attention, and a dog buddy, which is really what he wanted. I think that's why he kept hoping the fence and taking off.
That was our weekend.
