Toffee bars!
Cream 1 cup butter and 1 cup brown sugar. Add 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla and 1/2 tsp salt. Add 2 cups flour. Spread in a greased 9x13 and bake for 25 minutes, or until set and slightly browned. pull out and put one king size Hershey bar (I use the Special dark, but milk is good too) just set it on top and put it back in the oven for 2-3 minutes. Pull out again and spread chocolate over top.
