On my mind Monday 3

THIS IS WHAT MAKES ME "MOM"
SO, i guess it's appropriate to have something "mom" related today.
As i rolled out of bed on Sunday morning, DH takes the baby, it's 6 am. He had been up a few times with 3 of 5 because his legs hurt. We haven't really pinpointed why his legs hurt, but every few months, he has a bad night. I think he has leg cramps. So we push the bananas and he's fine. Neither one of us slept very well Saturday. Luckily, or unluckily, they didn't have a bishopric meeting this morning. It's nice to have one less meeting, but i have my Sunday mornings down to a routine, I'm getting good at getting myself and 5 kids to church on time by myself.
So it dawned on me as i was cleaning up breakfast, the kids are fighting, and DH is hanging out with a screaming baby, that today, "Mothers Day" is no different than any other day. At first i was bummed out. Then i realized how great it was, that everyday is mothers day. Could i ask for anything better in life? I honestly would not trade that for the world. How grateful i am to have been given the ability to bare children, and raise them. How grateful i am for a husband who loves and supports me. I never doubt that he loves me and that makes me feel secure. He honors his priesthood, and supports me in my callings. And supports my need to stay home and raise our kids. What else could i need. I have it all, and add to that 5 healthy happy kids..... i have truly been blessed.

Where did you get naming your kids after their number??? Is that a Whipple thing cause Bri does that sometimes and I make him quit! (:

Okay, do I need to have Brian talk to your husband about Mother's Day? What happened to you getting breakfast in bed, homemade dinner (not cooked by you of course) and not having to do the dishes? You do have a great attitude though, (I would have griped if I had to do that).
I hope the rest of your mother's day was wonderful!!!

I never thought of Mothers day being everyday, because really being a Mom isn't a job that happens once or twice it is everyday!! thanks!
