Stamps left to the airport about 10 minutes ago. can i just tell you.... one of my absolute favorite people. I'm really sad home is TX, not Magna. or Utah.
So after lasts nights festivities, i decided to post the poke cake.
My favorite way to do this is with lemon. raspberry is good, and straw berry is also yummy.
You make any box cake mix and poke lots of holes in the top. mix a box of 8 serving jello, but don't add the cold water, so it's super concentrated. Pour over the top of cake. refrigerate for an hr, then top with cool whip. I prefer to used real whipping cream. Then i put berries on top.

I love to make this too. Although I just use a 4-serving Jello, not 8. Must be weaker than yours!
She is one of my faves to. I had such a good time last night. It made me realize how much I miss all you. Thanks for putting it together.
