I Need

My friends Jen and Kristy Did posts on what they needed to keep our selves going. Our 'Oxygen'. Here's mine.

1) I need down time at the end of the day. Kids in bed, straightened house.
2) Quiet. I know, almost impossible with 6 kids. But I don't like noise. Hence #1.
3) I need Church on Sunday. It's my weekly up lift. I honestly don;'t know if I could keep myself going and in the right direction with out it.
4) Nutrition. If I am not eating right, I can feel it. I know when I haven't been eating healthy. I can't eat out of boxes and cans, I feel better when they are not preserved, by anyone but myself. Not that we don't do eat like that, but I can't for too many days.
5)And excersize. If I don't I feel guilt. Kind of like not VT....
6) Organization. I am not really strict, but I need dishes done, beds made, bathrooms and bedrooms cleaned. My insides feel like the inside of my house. If it's cluttered and dirty, I feel like chaos. And my kids act like chaos.

What do you do for you?

Good looking list! I can totally relate to the whole environment outside matches feelings inside thing. I'm right with ya!

Hi Kelli,
Thanks for the post on my blog. I've considered reflux or colic, but she doesn't seem to have all the symptoms, so I'm not totally convince. It's mostly fussiness at night, she's pretty normal in the morning. But I'll look into it. Thanks for checking out my blog, I've read yours a few times.
