Update

We still have a boy and girl. That's good, I may be disappointed with change at this point. The bright spot on the boys bowels have cleared up, which is a relief.
I LOVE winter. But I am ready for spring. I am ready for my Feb. birthday's and a baptism. And some baby showers, and some sister having babies. Time has flown, but now that I have some things to look forward to, it has slowed back down.
My kids go back on track on Monday, and I feel bad that I didn't do more with them. But packing up 6 kids right now, seems so hard. I will get back in my groove, once we have acclimated to the new babies. I have been a pretty crummy mom lately. It's hard to be nice when you don't feel good. Another reason to not want to do this again. My kids are getting to the age where they need me to be able to be fully engaged. When they are little, they don't require more than a kiss and hug. At 10 we are getting into uncharted waters.
And just asking? Why on earth would a mom make a tape of giving her child hot sauce. Do want the country outraged, and then to loose them? I don't necessarily disagree with the punishment. (No, I have never given my children hot sauce as a punishment, they eat it on their own) But common. I think lying is one of those serious offenses, needing to be nipped in the butt. And I think we as parents have the right to decided on how it is appropriate to punish them. NOT THE GOVERNMENTS. But don't tape it. Don't send it to Dr. Phil. Then wonder what you did wrong.

Oh you saw that too? That mom went to some other crazy extremes besides hot sauce. She should have had the authorities called on her.
