I don't know why everyone doesn't do this. maybe because I love to. It's time consuming, sticky, you can't stop once you get started, I think I just answered my own question. But It is so worthwhile. I am a stay at home mom, I kind of feel like it's my above and beyond contribution Like above bringing home a paycheck, happily, Trent remodels the house, takes the kids hiking, or helps with meals and homework. So above and beyond raising kids, and taking care of the house, I can our fruits and veggies.

You accomplished a lot more today that just 3 jars :-) and look at that compost.
